Keep it current

Website care & training

Maintenance and editor training so the site stays sound and your team stays confident.

A launch is not the end. Plugins drift, content goes stale, and editors break layouts when nobody trained them. Care is the boring, valuable work that keeps the site trustworthy.

We design and build mostly custom / Cloudflare Pages sites for clients. For care, content updates and training we also work with WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow and Squarespace where realistic.

Care is not identical depth on every platform, and it is not a migration or rebuild promise. When care should become a rebuild, we say so.

What this is for

  • A written care scope you can hold us to
  • Access and backup hygiene
  • Editors who can publish without breaking layout
  • A clear escalation path when care is no longer enough

How we work

  1. 01

    Platform review

What we can responsibly maintain on your stack — said in writing before we start.

  2. 02

    Care cadence

Updates, backups and uptime checks as scoped — not an open-ended ‘we handle everything’ fog.

  3. 03

    Editor training

Short sessions so your team publishes without breaking the design system.

  4. 04

    Escalation path

When care should become a rebuild or migration — we flag it early.

Deliverables

  • Care scope letter
  • Access checklist
  • Training notes
  • Monthly care log

Best for: Teams that need the site kept current without a full rebuild.

Not for: Anyone expecting care to secretly mean a free redesign.

Prices are not published. We scope after a first conversation. No ranking or lead guarantees.

Questions

Do you support every platform equally?

No. Custom/Cloudflare Pages and Wix are deepest from client sites we design; WordPress after review; others case by case.

Is care a rebuild?

No.

Can you train our staff in Chinese?

Yes — sessions in English or Cantonese / 港式書面語 materials as needed.

What if the platform is a mess?

We say so in the platform review. Sometimes the honest answer is rebuild.
