What does Named offer?
SEO, GEO, websites, conversion pages, brand guidelines, content, reporting and website care. Care covers custom/static Cloudflare sites, Wix and reviewed WordPress sites; Shopify, Webflow and Squarespace require case-by-case assessment. Google Ads is an optional add-on only.
What is the Named Index?
Our GEO measure: a fixed question set re-tested monthly in Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and Gemini, recording whether you are mentioned, whether the description is accurate, and whether a link appears.
What is Named AI Score?
A free AI-visibility check on this site: enter a domain, see an approximate band, then unlock a precise score and top gaps. A deeper HK$888 report can credit toward Named project work. It does not guarantee rankings or AI citations.
Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No. Rankings and AI answers are decided by third parties. We commit to a clear scope, correct setup and honest reporting.
How is pricing set?
We do not publish prices. Work is mid to premium, scoped after a first conversation or technical audit.
Where should we start?
Most companies start with a technical audit, then decide on SEO, GEO, a website or the monthly scorecard.
Who do you work with?
Any Hong Kong company: B2B, professional services, local services and new brands.
Who will run our project?
The founders, Nick and Joan. Nick previously worked at Microsoft, Amazon and Meta; Joan in marketing at HSBC. Past employers are not clients or endorsements.
Do you monitor ChatGPT from Hong Kong?
Not routinely through a VPN. We focus on Google AI features, Gemini and Search Console.
Do you run ads?
Ads are not a primary service. Google Ads is optional alongside SEO/GEO.
Who owns the site and accounts?
You do: domain, content and analytics, with access set out in writing.
